When buying a product from us you automatically agree to the below conditions.

We therefore advise you to read the following text.


About the Products

All product images and information texts reflects the product as accurately as possible.

Since the colors on your computer and monitor can vary we cannot always guarantee that the colors are true to life.


Credit card payment via Stripe.

Shipping costs

Sweden – Free shipping when you order over 1500 kr, otherwise 59 kr charge.

Your purchased products will be shipped as a traceable package with Postnord. http://www.postnord.se

Order Confirmation

Once we receive your order we will send an order confirmation to your e-mail address.

You will also receive an email when we have sent the goods so that you can assess the delivery time.


The delivery time depends on the product. Since the lingerie is made on demand the delivery time can vary between 1 week and up to 3 weeks.

You will find the delivery time for each product under the product description.

If we cannot deliver within the agreed time we will contact you and offer free cancellation on request.

Angelique Fihn lingerie assumes full liability for the delivery. Should the product be in any way damaged or not delivered, the customer must contact customer service within 4 weeks of agreed delivery date to claim a refund. Should customer fail to contact customer service within the given time frame, the liability is on customer.


Change & Return

 It is our desire that you are completely satisfied with the products purchased from us.

If you are not satisfied with your products, you have full return and exchange right within 14 days of receipt of unused articles.

Items must be returned unused with all tags still attached and in the original box.

Note that there is no exchange right on panties if the sealing is broken because of hygiene reasons.

When exchanging a product the delivery time will be the same as the original shipping time due to on demand manufacturing.

When replacing the goods or returns the customer pays for the shipping cost. In return, we will refund the total amount of the purchase.

Once we have received your items we will refund you by your original payment method.

Angelique Fihn lingerie reserves the right to deny refund if the items do not meet our return requirements.

How to return

Please email us at info@angeliquefihn.com with your name and order number and if you wish to exchange or return the item.

Then send the item back to us and as soon as we have received it we will contact you with a new delivery date for the product or settle the refund.

If you want to return an item also enter your bank account number to which you want the refund.

Return shipping is paid by you as a customer unless it is angeliquefihn.com who delivered the wrong item or damaged goods.

We would recommend that you use a postal service that insures you for the value of the items you are returning and obtain proof of postage, since we are not responsible for returns damaged or lost.

Personal data

When you are purchasing goods from angeliquefihn.se your details are registered with us.

You have the right to request access to some of your information. If there is anything incorrect, you may request to have it changed or removed.

Any information you provide when shopping from us is handled in accordance with the applicable Swedish Personal Data Act (PUL).

Our company will never allow third parties to use your personal data.

The Swedish Consumer Sales Act (Konsumentköpslagen) grants you the right to complain about a product within three years, provided that the product was faulty at the time of delivery. If you receive an item that there is something wrong with, we want you as soon as possible to contact us via email info@angeliquefihn.com. Note that you must leave us a message with the error “within reasonable time” after you discovered it. If you complain within two months from the date you discovered the error you have complained within a reasonable time.

When we received the item that you wish to complain about, we will decide whether the case of a failure of the product. If the case of an error, we will reimburse you as soon as possible and not later than within 30 days from the time we received the item from you. For us to be able to reimburse you for what you paid, it is important that you provide your bank and your bank account number in the message that you provide to us if the complaint this to the amount to be returned to the account balance is paid off.

Angelique Fihn lingerie abide by the Consumer Complaints Board (ARN – allmänna reklamationsnämnden).
